Sirk Technologies to merge with InCycle Software

Wednesday, February 1, 2012 – Laval QC, Canada. InCycle Software, Microsoft Gold Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) partner announces a merger with Sirk Technologies, Microsoft Gold ALM partner serving customers in Seattle and San Francisco. This merger agreement with Sirk Technologies allows InCycle Software to become the North American leader in ALM services for .Net development teams and organizations.

InCycle Software will now be providing a complete range of ALM services with more resources in order to offer the best ALM experience to its North American customers. By combining resources, competencies and experience, InCycle Software will offer a deeper and wider ALM expertise on Microsoft Visual Studio ALM.

The agreement started to be effective last Wednesday, February 1, 2012.
