As a thought leader and expert in ALM, InCycle uses Agile to implement ALM practices. The agile principle allows teams to enhance ALM practices in small increments, improving people, processes and tools continuously.

InCycle created a free tool, InCycle BluePrint based on the ALM Improvement Framework. The overall process is similar to Scrum. After an initial iteration that sets the basis for the team development over the larger horizon, a backlog of improvement is generated. Then, through a number of improvement iterations, small and practical changes to the team tools usage, processes and people capabilities are implemented and the resulting practices enhancements are demonstrated at the end of the iteration.
